Products, you are agreeing to the terms of use below:
YOU MAY:
Use my designs for
your own Personal Use projects
Create projects for
your S4H (creating pages for paying clients) small based home business; NO MASS
PRODUCTION ALLOWED.
If using my designs
in your S4H projects you must have the image fixed. The customer must receive a
flattened image or finished product. NO
LAYERED DIGITAL FILES
You may submit
layouts to galleries or magazines, providing credit is given to Sweet Pea Designs.
Make a backup of your
purchase for your own personal use.
YOU MAY NOT:
Create CU items from
PU/S4H designs. CU is ONLY allowed on products marked as CU
ok.
Claim as your own.
Store my products on
an online storage site with intent to share with others (sites e.g. Rapidshare,
4Shared, etc.) or have my products for download on any other site (Please
direct others to my blog http://sweet-pea-designz.blogspot.com/
Sell on any
print-on-demand sites.
Use any images for
obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purposes which are
prohibited by law.

Use commercial use PS
Styles in your small business PU/S4H/S4O projects.
Use commercial Use
Clipart in your small business projects to create a new finished product –
i.e. Digital Scrap kits, layouts, greeting cards, cupcake toppers, candy bar
wrappers etc. NO MASS PRODUCTION ALLOWED.
Not intended for LLC's additional licensing
available through Kristi W. Designs. You can contact her at kwestling24@gmail.com
You are allowed to
sell items you create to your customers as personal use only. NO CU4CU ALLOWED.
YOU MAY NOT
Sell these
graphics/PS Styles as is. You must create a new product with them.
Graphics cannot be resold simply as a clipart pack.
Make graphics into
PSP tubes, Photoshop brushes or redistribute them in any way.
Make anything or use
these graphics in any type of mass or commercial production.
The items you create
are not allowed to be sold or given away in any club membership programs.
