New Release 'Heart Warriors' for CHD Awareness + Freebie

February is CHD (Congenital Heart Defect) Awareness Month

♥ Did you know that the number 1 birth defect in the United States is a Congenital Heart Defect.

♥ Approximately 40,000 babies are born each year in the United States with a CHD.

♥ About 1 out of every 100 people have CHD of some kind.


This has been a cause very close to my family, with 5 members being touched by this disease (including me) and 9 open heart surgeries between us. I have wanted to create a kit to raise awareness of CHD for some time but it wasn't until the newest member of our family was also diagnosed shortly after birth.

My (great x 2) nephew, now just 6 months old has spent everyday of his short life in the hospital awaiting a heart transplant due to severe aortic and pulmonary stenosis. However, we received news yesterday that there may now be another surgical option for him and for that we are thankful! That is why it is so important to me to raise awareness about CHD.

I created 'Heart Warriors' not only to raise awareness but also for those families, like ours who want to document this big part of life. Heart Warriors is filled with mended hearts but also special touches geared to those babies and children who unwillingly become part of this club.

I hope you will help me spread the word about CHD and if your life has been touched by this disease I hope you will enjoy using my Heart Warrior Products.
